Small updates for gamejam game

Small update for feed the fire

I figured I would finish the release even though the gamejam is over. This update covers a few bug fixes.

-Open all now doesn't cover the continue button

-Fixed display issues in the upgrade UI

There are no plans to continue further development of this project.
